How it works
If you haven't installed your kit yet:
- Email us at returns@cargobutler.com within 90 days of delivery.
- We'll send a prepaid return label within 4 business hours.
- Once we receive the kit back, you get a full refund within 5 business days.
- No restocking fee. No return shipping cost. No questions.
If you've installed your kit and decided it's not for you:
- Same 90-day window applies. Same prepaid label.
- A 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund to cover refurbishing for resale.
- Everything else is the same — no questions, no paperwork.
What you need to send back
All original components: panels, stripes, walls, tall caps, hinge mechanism, and strap. Damaged or missing parts may be deducted from the refund at replacement cost.
How to start a return
Email returns@cargobutler.com with your order number, the reason for return, and whether the kit has been installed. We'll reply within 4 business hours with a prepaid label and instructions.
Lifetime Warranty
If your kit has a manufacturing defect at any point and you've added Lifetime Warranty at checkout, or purchased the Heavy Hauler bundle, we'll replace the defective part free of charge for as long as you own your truck. See warranty terms.
