Every Cargo Butler kit ships with a 1-year defect warranty at no charge. For $39 at checkout — or free when you purchase the Heavy Hauler bundle — you can upgrade to our Lifetime Warranty.
What's covered
- Power panels: cracks, warps, structural failure
- Stripes: snapping, mounting failure
- Cargo walls: broken latches, structural failure
- Tall caps: broken clips, deformation
- The patented gravity hinge: mechanical failure, spring loss
- The carry strap: broken stitching, buckle failure
What's not covered
- Accidental damage from impact, overloading beyond 500 lb capacity, or vehicle accidents
- Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, or sun fading
- Damage from chemicals, solvents, or aggressive cleaners
- Modifications or repairs by anyone other than Cargo Butler
How long is lifetime?
As long as you, the original purchaser, own the truck the kit was installed in. Warranty is non-transferable. Keep your original order receipt — it serves as proof of purchase.
How to file a warranty claim
Email warranty@cargobutler.com with your original order number, a photo of the defective component, and a one-line description of the failure. We'll ship a replacement part within 5 business days.
